BEWARE! Beware!! I am currently in the middle of filing a police report against this company for fraud and theft. There arent enough characters to relay my horrific experience with this company. All they have done is charge obscene amount of money for jobs they cannot complete. I have pictures and evidence of this entire tragedy. I will never use or recommend this company to anyone for anything! Everything is fake !!! Beware !!!

SCCCCAAAAAAAMMMMMM!!! First off, working with this company has been a nightmare for me. I reached out to them on March and I paid them to make 3 embossed set of samples. The samples was approved on April and said I'll be finished within 20 business days. At the end of April they said theyre having problems making the mold for the embossed designs and I should give them another 20 business days. I gave them another month to finish which was on May and I called to ask for updates and its still the same problem with the mold. I asked for a refund, they said theyll give me a free sample for more time. My dumb self agreed and gave them another month. After June they told me that they still need more time. The company said Ill get discounts in bulk order if I give them another month and I gave them one last chance. I reached out and they're still not finished the samples. I keep saying I want a refund but the company dont want to give me because they want me to wait another month. This company have scammed me for my money and walked over me for 4 months and now Im fed up. This is the worst manufacturer to ever do business with. Also the guy Jason thats supposed to update me on my samples have been nothing but useless smh Im always the one to call for updates and he talks like he doesnt know whats going on but says rubbish to convince me.

I ordered the incorrect size. I didnt realize I could change it myself since I had just placed the order .I emailed customer service. They were helpful and assured my order was corrected.

DO NOT WORK WITH THIS COMPANY. THEY WILL STEAL YOUR MONEY. First off, if you have it in the contract that samples will cost XX amount of dollars then great, but they did not have any cost for the samples in my contract. They were to supply a sample and then once approved, move to full production. However, the samples they provided were never of a production level quality. The samples were so bad that I was requesting a refund of my deposit after the first... couldn't even be bothered to send me the correct size so that I could check to make sure it fit properly. They begged me for a second try and if not, then they would refund me to which I stupidly agreed. Second sample, might have actually been worse than the first and still not in the proper size. So, I request a refund and get completely ghosted. I have to start calling from other lines so that they will answer the phone, and then when I finally do get them to process the refund, they short me $400 for the 2 samples. 2 samples that have no cost associated with them in the contract and which are complete garbage, and the second sample they begged me to produce. I asked them to compromise with me, that I would pay for the first sample and they return the money for the second sample to which they refused. I REPEAT AGAIN. IF YOU ARE LOOKING FOR A COMPANY TO DO CUT AND SEW MANUFACTURING. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. THEY WILL STEAL FROM YOU.
