I had to cancel the day before my appointment due to a death in the family. I was told when I call back to reschueled there would be a $50 reschedule fee. Because they were not sure if that spot could be filled now with a 1 day notice. But it's ok for the salon to rescedule our appointment the day before. After waiting 2 mths to get in.

The place is nice, clean and professional. I love the color, but not so happy with the cut. Also, the prices are outrageously expensive.
