Hello Ragae, You had contacted our Agency Monday, 02/28/22 to make a booking for you and your family to Cario, Egypt with a stop over in London on British Airways. We explained to you the reservation will only stay for 3 days, and you will need to make the full payment for your tickets by Thursday 03/03/22. You then contacted us on Friday, 3/04/22 to make the payment disregarding the information we had given you. You said you were unable to make the payment because you were sick. We completely understand that there are inevitable circumstances that occur, so we would have had no problem at all to help you reinstate the booking & solve your very small issue. You then became very aggressive, and disrespectful while talking to our agent. Our agency does not stand for that kind of behavior at all. You also mentioned that you lost $1600 because of this incident, but we had checked the new fare and it was $75 more, so it would be about $300 for you and your family. Best regards, Management

You can't go wrong here! Mr. Ali is a great Umrah/Hajj travel agent. We traveled for Umrah with our 3 kids. It was an amazing experience! The hotels were 5 star and conveniently located near Haram. What a relief to have transportation arranged to and from airport, for mazaraat and from Medina to Mecca in a big private car. I highly recommend Marwa travel for your next Umrah/Hajj trip.
Rude as hell and don't know how to speak with respect with customers. I do not recommend dealing with them.
