New booking for Fantastic Sams has a fatal flaw. It booked an appointment alright but failed to tell me WHAT TIME the appointment was! All it said was wait time 68 min, arrive ten minutes before. I got NO TEXT and NO EMAIL confirming an appointment. When I showed up 58 minutes later only to be told did you know your appointment is 12:20? (I had arrived around 11am.). I had to go back home to wait another 90 minutes! Might have to find a different salon until FS can get its act together.
