Terrible review. There are two other places in our county that actually sells Woodford County Merch. We just happen to have a couple things leftover from years ago so hardly at our mercy. We are a custom screen printer that specializes in custom screen printing. Didnt mention that. We also have our own brands we carry that our are own. Even though our store is full of all that, didnt snap a pic of any of that. Almost like you were trying to find a bad pic. You seem to have overlooked all of our merchandise that we actually do specialize in. And our screen printing we would put up against anyone in the country. So as you seem to give a lot of reviews, and bad ones at that, you dont seem to capture what people actually do as you even posted pics from old shirts that hardly capture what we have in our store and what we do. So I guess not really an expert at giving real reviews even with all the reviews that you do smh This guy does a lot of reviews like hes a pro, hardly knows how to give a review. He captured nothing about what we do, what we sell, or what we offer. Almost like came in our place of business with the intent of giving a bad review. Your not welcome here, dont come back!

Better for T-shirts not sweatshirts. Had a hoodie made as a gift for a friend and it was less than well done. Decal was very light and almost blended in to cloth; as it were nearly transparent. Not to mention the price was about $15 dollars more than it should have been. The only store in town for WCHS spirit wear, so you're at their mercy I guess.

We are sorry that we could not meet the 4 day deadline for your 10 hats. We went out of our way to try to get these done. It is very hard to turn an embroidery job in 4 days, especially when it takes 1-2 days for the hats to come in, 1-2 days to have the art digitized. One little issue with the job, would make us miss this unreasonable deadline. And when we are a 1 business day late the customer expects the job for free, seriously? If we had we had at least a week to do this job there would not have been a problem at all. No one offered this job for free because we couldn't make a 4 day deadline. They demanded their money back, so we gave it back. If they wanted the hats they would still have to pay for them. We are sorry that we missed the deadline. It is extremely rare that we ever miss a deadline and we are among the best at what we do but sometimes things happen. It is just sad that we live in a day and time that someone would leave a review like this when we went out of our way to try to help and meet a ridiculous deadline. And because we would be one business day late these people are on a mission to try to harm our reputation, demanding, rude. My advice, next time you want custom work, try to plan ahead. These people came to us because no one else anywhere would have even tried to meet this deadline. We tried, and we will always go out of our way to help anyone regardless of deadline or situation. Sometimes things happen, but we did something no one else would do, we gave it our best shot instead of turning them away.

I give them one star because you have to give at least one. We ordered hats and when we went to pick them up they weren't there so they said they would send someone to pick them up in Nicholasville. We go back later to get them to find out that they weren't ready yet because they got the date mixed up. We were leaving at 4 o'clock that day and needed them by then and it didn't happen. The woman refunded our money and told us when we got back from our trip to stop by and she would just give us the hats at no charge because they were useless to them. We thought that was fair and decided to just use them for our next trip. We get back from our trip and go to pick up the hats again and they tell us that they just cancelled the order. SO WE STILL HAVE NO HATS! We will never go back and we will guide everyone to another place. Very disappointing when you are trying to shop local and it turns out to be a total fail.
