I came in July to take out a loan from Danielle I told her to set it up for my next pay date. Danielle said that was fine. I spoke with Aaron and told him to pull surveillance to prove I told her that. Aaron says he has no way to review surveillance. So sadly I am the once suffering paying months of interest when I shouldn't have. I told Aaron I didn't mind paying two months of interest since I clearly didn't see the payments coming out of my account until I just reviewed my last bank statement but I have now paid three months of interest. Aaron did waive $23.00 of interest but that was all he said he was able to do. I think they need to update length of surveillance because if they would have pulled it, then it would have showed Danielle made an error, which happens I get it but again now I am penalized for it. This was my second loan. My first loan I never had an issue with and they set up the payment for the full amount on the specific date I gave them with my first loan. I never had to call or anything it was just taken care of. So I expected the same this time. I get mistakes happen were all human but I am literally the one paying for it.

Almost two month ago I paid off my loan. Since then I have spoken with Aaron several time to have my account updated with TransUnion showing paid in full and not showing a balance of $149.00. Each time I talked with Aaron he had excuses like we just bought another company and we haven't update it yet, the owner is out of town, or I plain to update it next week. Aaron was very nice when taking out the loan, but very unprofessional when solving a simple matter. If I would have stop paying them, it would have not been any problem reporting it to TransUnion. Today August 22, 2020 again I talked with Aaron and again the same excuses. I explain to Aaron what I plain to do, his response was do that you wont get far. Companies like this that take advantage of consumers need NOT be in our community nor in business. I have spoken with a good friend of mind who happens to work for the Attorney General Office. I plain to file a complaint with the Attorney General office, BBB as well as start a petition to have there license revoke where this type of business they will never be able to do ever again.
