If I could give Zero starts I would. Sales team told me the product could do things it could not do. Start using the kiosk feature and it breaks ALL THE TIME. I lost SO MANY customers over the lack of reliability. To make it worse, the tech team either wasn't capable or just didn't want to figure out what was wrong. Sold the business, terminated my contract with them, and then the next month they bill me again and then refuse to fix the billing mistake!! Disaster - AVOID AT ALL COST!
