This company sucks, they take your money for their “business tradeline” which doesn’t work. They try to find any small discrepancy to deter you from acquiring the tradeline. Then when you try to reach out to them They never answer nor return any phone calls or emails!!! Highly unsatisfied!!! 0/10
The company allowed Marcellus Dunham to use my credit card illegally for one of his businesses, from what I am finding out 3 months later. I called, and the representative told me that they couldn't help me. Wouldn't transfer me to a manager and hung up on me. Can someone from your company please assist me? This guy ruined my credit and spent over $15K in my name w/o me knowing, and damaged my entire life. Capital One needs a letter stating that the person that used my credit card is NOT me, but the charge was under Marcellus Dunham's name, that the person on the call admitted to already from your company.

I ordered 3 chagrining decks and 1 was not working properly. I reached out to the company by email and an a return call was done. The agent listened to my concerned and offer me a replacement. although I was happy to get one I did not want to rearrange my desk again to return the one i have do to using almost all of the plugs that the deck offers. He understood and sent me a upgraded Device and he also sent me a return bag with a label. I really appreciated the fact my work flow was not interrupted but 2 mins! Thank you so much for the great customer service!

I consider this company a scam! I WOULD GIVE A ZERO STAR REVIEW IF THAT WERE AN OPTION! I opened a NET30 account for my new business and placed an order. I never received an email with my login instructions. So, naturally, I called them and guess what? NOBODY picked up during the hours their website says they're open! They have an automated system that actually HANGS UP ON THE CALLER, automatically. That's pathetic!!! Today, I received an email I sent to their support team WEEKS AGO asking for my login so I could pay my invoice. Do I have my login information yet? NOPE! but, I bet this evil company will report my company NEGATIVELY on my credit report though. This is an EVIL EVIL EVIL company. They won't get my business again!
