My husband recently place an order for us with Premium Italian Food at Home locate at 8448 NW 61st. Miami, FL..that was to be shipped to us. While the pasta packages arrived in good condition , three of the four cans of italian tomatoes were badly dented. I would never purchase a can so badly dented at the grocery store and I felt this company should not have sent them out to me in that condition. I contacted the company by email and told them about the problem and that whoever did the packaging of our order knowingly packed the damaged cans. I never heard back from Premium Italian Food at Home but I did want people who are thinking of purchasing items from them to be aware. Their quality control is bad and so is their customer service.

I am giving the one star just because they carry good Italian products. Be aware, very aware when you decide to buy their products over the website. I bought a pack of Italian cookies, in the website and the receipt i received with the order, they claim is the 700gr but you will only receive the 350 gr. I paid for a 700gr pack and what I received was the small pack. I feel I was scammed. I sent them 2 emails and tried to call. No answer. It is easier to get in contact with a ghost using an Ouja board than getting a response from them.

I recently ordered some calabria peppers, olives, different spreads, canned tomatoes and extra virgin olive oil. Everything came fast and well packed. I had dinner with some italian friends the other night and everyone was amazed about the quality of products and authentic flavors. For sure Premium Italian Food at Home made me shine with my italian crowd and can't wait to try other delicious items on their portfolio. Thank you guys!

After visiting Italy a few years back and falling in love with the food I had to find a company in America that imported authentic products and has reasonable prices and could ship to me at a small cost. I am grateful to have found you and I am very much enjoying the olive oil, can tomatoes and pasta. Buyer beware. As others have noted, make sure you review the seller's policies before placing an order because you will more than likely be sent damaged items (especially with canned tomatoes) and will be expected to ship them back at your own dime for any sort of a refund or replacement. While there are some nice quality products, the owner will intentionally ship out cans that are damaged and beyond safe consumption (damaged cans individually wrapped in bubble wrap within the box). Communication is atrocious. Won't be ordering from this shop again...
