After my appointment on Friday 7th January at 7.35pm for a laser hair removal session having chosen the Liverpool Street clinic, I can say that I will not go there again, slightly shocked by this first experience in therapy clinic. Quite unwelcoming reception from the laser practitioner. First of all, she asked me to take off all my clothes, even though it was very cold in the room, which I refused to do and kept my long-sleeved t-shirt on for the duration of the leg and bikini waxing. Furthermore I am obliged to leave my clothes on the waxing table where I am supposed to be waxed as the hook behind the door can hardly hold my coat. I was very surprised by the lack of confidence and the tiredness of the practitioner, having already done two sessions in a completely different clinic in London I could easily compare the difference. Considered a medical procedure in France, laser hair removal can cause serious damage to the skin if not done correctly. I ended up with a nose waxing, being a girl, I only asked for the inside of the nose, which the practitioner hardly understood at the time, having noticed that her English was not really good at all. Apart from injecting cold air inside my nose, moreover very strangely I didn't hear any but strictly no beep at that moment as I should have heard it before. After finishing more than half an hour early, the practitioner tries to sell me these products, instead of giving me some little advice and recommendations after this laser hair removal. I could see that she was tired and totally bored of doing hair removal. Very disconcerted by the lack of skills/training of the practitioner. I can say that I will never set foot in this clinic located in Liverpool street again.
Laser hair removal - great! Friendly technician, explained everything clearly. Very lovely lady. Receptionist on the other hand - disgusting and rude. Pushy and guilt tripping into buying products. I appreciate the information, however I don't need to be explaining why I won't be buying these products from you. Constantly interrupting or ignoring when I was asking about scheduling new appointments and generally was talking down to me. Completely ruined the whole experience. If it wasn't for the great service of the Lazer technician it would have been a 1 star. It was around 9:30 am 31of Jan in jubilee place location
I have been in different clinics until today and I was always satisfied with the service provided. Today, sadly, I had an appointment at 12:55 in my lunch break (1 hour time) I have been welcomed in and asked to sit and wait for the clinician to call me. Around 13:10 I ask the girl in reception how long is it going to take as I have to be back at work, "someone will be with you shortly" was her answer. At 13:20 I have left the shop as nobody had come yet and nobody explained me why I was waiting. Really disappointed. Very poor customer service.
