Unfortunately, Miss ganiecek is not telling the whole story. She called me and emailed me telling me that they needed some shirts made by the next day for their event. Including embroidery and print. After she approved the order over the email, We made them the same day. She came, said she liked it , and took the order with her. Then, a few hours later she called me and said her boss changed the design and they wanted to switch the placement of the logo and the print from front to back. I was nice enough to do this change at my expense, even when there was no flaw to the design, they just changed their mind. Thus, I wasnt happy about it because it wasnt our fault they changed their mind about the design. But I redid it anyway, and didnt charge them for doing so. She took the order again, and said she liked what we did. After their event finished, she sent me email how she was not happy with our work and she wanted a full refund. An hour later she showed up in my store. I wasnt happy to refund her because I felt like I had been used. I refunded her anyway and I did telll her I believe in karma and using a small business like mine and asking for the money back after their event was completed, is wrong. The company she works for is called ATM GREENSTAR local banking connection. They are not welcome here again. If you have a similar experience with this company please report.

Bad experience. Had 5 shirts made twice and each time they were messed up. After having to have an argument for my money back the owner stated that karma will come back to me. Would not recommend this place to anyone.
