Personal service is great but if you have another enquiry a few seconds after leaving your assistant, you need to be added to the wait list again for another assistant... the service system needs a review.

Do not try contacting them by phone! Goes to a service and then the store take hours and hours to call back if at all, but walk into the store and there is a cast of thousands standing around! Customer service could be better!
