Worst service took a month literally for my glasses to be ready and keep referring to a lab. And my glasses are the worst the hinges are easily to he broken and the entire frame is exposed

Its the worst optical in queens they dont give any information about your case to ask a question to a doctor they want you to go to the store make and appointments get charge to speak to the doctor they call it an valuation also they have a nasty attitude. They not professional at all even with the covi-19 they dont want to help over the phone they want you to go to their store for them to help also they harass people so they buy in their store

I've used this store for all of my optical needs for past couple of years, am a satisfied repeat customer. They have great selection of stylish frames and have a very good understanding of their customer's face, look and style. I always feel appreciated and Im always overjoyed with my purchases. I recommend them highly!

I brought my niece and nephews to get an exam. The staffs were very helpful, Eliani and Paulina were very patient, helpful and pleasant to everyone that walked in.

How dare you take advantage of my mother! This "Business" had the audacity to hold my mother's prescription hostage, yes HOSTAGE. I ask everyone to please do their research before choosing this place (other sites than google reviews). Believe all the 1 star comments. She got her exam done and could not get a prescription until she bought from them. The Insurance already paid them for the exam and by law you cannot hold someone's eye prescription. We decided against purchasing from them and asked for the prescription. We were denied and the Manager had the gall to yell at us in an attempt to humiliate us. HA! I took my mother to a reputable Optical (after doing research) and had to pay out of pocket for another exam. It was worth it to seek business elsewhere than to give any money to this store, you can keep the exam fee. This place is so shady! My mother had to learn a harsh lesson, this place isn't worth the pain and stress!
