Mrs. Campbell, as I told you on the phone, I went to your new build home and called many times with you not answering. Your new build home does not show up on Google GPS yet so I could not find your house. When you didn't answer my calls, I waited and stayed in your area as long as I could. I did everything possible to try to get a hold of you for our appointment. You waited about five minutes after our appointment to leave this awful review. I got a hold of you on phone shortly after and explained the issue that your new home does not show up on the GPS yet and you were not answering the phone. To be honest, after thirty years of stellar customer service being one of the top custom cabinet makers in Austin should speak for itself. We value our customers time and we care about the work we do for them. Mrs. Campbell, with all due respect, it is our position that we tried everything we could to try to give you a quote on your job and that this review is not indicative of how Jaimes Custom Cabinets does business. Based on the pictures online it appears they do a good job. I scheduled an appointment for them to come to my home to measure and they were a no call no show. Very disappointing.

Geronimo turned my old kitchen into a work of art. My cabinets could not be more solid and beautiful. Only problem is that they are so special, I don't want to set anything on them. I cannot recommend Jaimes Custom Cabinets any higher. They make amazing cabinets.

I highly recommend Jaimes Custom Cabinets. Geronimo is a true professional. From the initial meeting, it was a fair and easy process. We moved forward with a new built in entertainment center as well as custom cabinets and bookshleves in our childrens play room. The craftsmanship and attention to detail of our project was outstanding. The final product was better than we could have ever imagined. We were blown away and love the new cabinets! Mr Jaimes and his son Jorge refinished our floor kitchen cabinets and custom built taller upper cabinets and added a stand alone pantry, wine racks and desk.
