I brought in 3 separate items to have screen prints on. I emailed the graphics as instructed. A week goes by, no confirmation the graphics were received or if there was a problem. Two weeks pass, I call for an update. I was told the colors of my graphics need to change because they can't be printed on the shirts?!?! I had I not called, my shirts would still be sitting there. Terrible customer service. I won't be back.
