I have a 7 car Southern Pacific silver set. Also, a 7 car Union Pacific yellow set. I find out later Walthers did make a dome care for the Union Pacific yellow set making it an 8 car set, but at the time I purchased it, there were only 7 cars on Walthers website. 1/11 Emailed customer service asking if they were only going to make 6 cars for the Southern Pacific Daylight set because there were only 6 cars on the website. Seems like a small set compared to the other sets they made. 1/20 Finally got a response from Ashton with the link to the website with all the current cars available which was 6. THIS ISNT WHAT I ASKED. I can go to the website myself and see how many cars are out there. I asked again if they were only going to make 6 cars for the Southern Pacific Daylight set. 1/28 I have hear nothing so i asked again if they were only going to make 6 cars for the Southern Pacific daylight set. 2/8 Still have heard nothing 2/18 Ashton response: they don't plan of doing a 6 car set for the Southern Pacific daylight. 2/19 I respond with Walthers have already made 6 individual cars for the Southern Pacific Daylight. (rpo, combine, diner, large window coach, dome, observation) that anyone can put together for a "set". 2/23 Ashton response: they don't have any plans of making a 7th car. It only took 43 days to get one question answered. Well made product with good detail for non proto streamlined passenger cars with lighting and extra details to purchase separately if desired. Communication is poor at best. I would hate to see what happens if I needed repairs on one of their products.

Ordered $100+ worth of needed controls/wiring on March 23, 2021. Given a tracking (FEDEX). FEDEX posted delivery 3-31-21, but was never delivered. Have sent tracking request and re-order/refund request to FEDEX and Wathers. No reply as of 4-4-21. Disappointed they use FEDEX for local delivery instead of USPS or UPS.
