I am a truck driver and am hauling freight from this facility into California. My complaint about this company is their lack of respect for drivers, they do live loads and unloads here and will detain you for hours at a time, while doing so they refuse to allow any driver to use the restroom, they have had this policy in place since March 2020 (per Dan). In turn they have also refused to add any portable restrooms for over 5 months. I am understanding of the COVID-19 situation, I believe that all truck drivers understand what's going on, but if you're going to detain drivers for hours at a time, then you are obligated to provide a restroom. The staff doesn't seem to care either way, I spoke to 4 different people... Dan, Hannah and 2 random warehouse workers who didn't give me their name. Have common respect and courtesy for the truck drivers that haul your freight. I will not be returning to haul any freight for Advantage Warehouse after this load.

Started working with them recently and I've received the best experience and service! They are really responsive and organized. I'm glad we found Advantage Warehousing as our new business partner! Im a client: For nearly a year my company has been using Advantage Warehousing for storage and distribution of our material to fulfill customer orders. I have frequently sent urgent emails to Liam requesting that the Advantage team fulfill an order on very short notice, and they always get it done. As work got busier and travel was restricted, the team began handling more complex tasks for us. Because of recent difficulties with international transport, I moved over 100 pallets to Advantagethe team handled this smoothly and efficiently. Liam has been friendly, helpful, responsive, and accommodating every step of the way. And when the occasional issue crops up, he quickly resolves it. Whether I ask them to ship grams or kilograms, this team does the job and does it well. 10/10 would recommend!
