I have no ill will or bad favor with Mistlin Honda in Modesto, my disappointment lies solely with American Honda Motor Co, Inc.. I have owned 5 Hondas, 1990 Honda Civic Used, 1994 Honda Accord New, 1999 Honda Civic New, 2006 Honda Civic New, and 2016 Honda Civic CPO. I turned on my car about a month ago and the dashboard was giving errors for what felt like everything with Honda Sensing. Lane Departure Assist, Breaking Assist, Collision Warning Assist. I took the 2016 Honda Civic Touring that I purchased from Tracy Honda as a CPO in 2017 to Mistlin Honda in Modesto, Ca. The service advisor told me the repairs would be $3,200, for the Honda Sensing, and to fix the A/C which had stopped working. I was told the Camera in the windshield needed to be replaced, and the A/C had a leak and lost all ALL of its coolant. With Covid 19 I havent even been driving this car sense March so it wasnt something I was eager to address however now thats its 100 degrees out in Central California the car isnt usable without it. I have owned this car for 3 years, bought it as a CPO and because the car failed on its own, I am now out $3,200.00 on my end for the honor of owning a Honda. I bought Hondas because of reliability; this is a disgrace on American Honda Motor Co, Inc. part. I will be sharing my story with anyone and everyone I know both online and in person. Shame, Shame, Shame.

American Honda HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!! I purchased a 2019 LX Odyssey last week. Didn't think I needed to check and see if the armrests on the second row seats were included. The corporate website clearly shows armrests on the second row seating. When I spoke with the South East Regional Customer Service manager she informed me that Honda is within it's legal rights to have incorrect ( fraudulent) information about their vehicles. She was rude and dismissive. She referred me to the dealer that I purchased the car from, they are trying to figure something out, which I think is unfair since they don't manufacture the car or publish fraudulent images of what is or isn't included in their cars. You are probably wondering why it is that I am so concerned with armrests? My husband had cervical spine surgery recently and is experiencing a profound disability with his arm strength and motor function. Because of this it is very difficult for him to ride for long periods of time without arm support. BTW he is 6'4" and cannot ride in the front passenger seat because of his weakness and lost mobility of his neck. All I want is ARMRESTS .....

Dear honda corporate office. I hope you see this review and reply. I want to thank you for building the best accord sport ever a "2021" I want to say thank you for having it very well equipped to save our life's. I was in a mayor car accident 5 days ago. My 2 kids were with me. Someone did not stopped at an intersection and I become his stop. All the air bags deployed, from, back, side, no glass damages thank God. I loved my accord and there for I will be replacing it for another Still night pearl. Except there aren't many of them left of that color. Thank you again for saving 3 life's. I wish I could post or sent images of how my car is completely damaged and totaled. I wish I could get another one ASAP before that beautiful color isn't available anymore.

Honda sold my uncle a brand new Odyssey which after only 25000 miles has paint peeling off multiple areas of the vehicle as well as a dysfunctional clear coat. This is a garage kept car that goes to church and the store. They never contacted him regarding service bulletins or for any of 2 recalls. When my elderly uncle could not leave the house due to medical comorbidities and a raging pandemic, Honda refused to extend their repair and recall period. When he asked Honda to stand by their product, the company refused and insulted us stating we were not loyal to the brand. Honda scoffed at our middle class family that uses a local mechanic instead of dealership for maintenance stating that factored into their decision. My Family has owned 3 Hondas but never again. Honda used to value its customers but that time has passed.
