This company is unresponsive, unreliable and care little about homeowners. I've called 5x and emailed 4 additional. I've still yet to receive a response. Beacon HOA representative Larry Hayes falsifies violation notices then refuses to answer calls or emails to correct. If Beacon is managing your community I encourage you to challenge every notice you receive. They are con artists that want nothing more than to place liens against your property for the sake of a financial gain.

This company is terrible. They take your money and dont uphold your community and what they say they will do for you. They are incredibly difficult to get a hold of. Contractors and builders are crazy for hiring a company like this. I will be sure to let mine know that they are getting a reputation for hiring this company. I dont think Potential buyers would want to come in to a community where they are paying dues and their property management company is not upholding their part. Yards are out of control, cars parked in the yard, or pool keys never work, and Beacon doesnt care. There is little to no compliance with community guidelines as well. Cars parking on the grass, people doing what they want to their yards, random yard/ lighting configurations etc. Terrible terrible company and I will be letting my builder know.
