They suck at cutting hair. I gave the hairstylist a photo and specific instructions on how I wanted my hair cut. They totally f***ed up my hair, yet they still expected tips. Never ever going back.
Hi Laurent, thank you for letting me know about this. I am happy to offer another service with a different stylist. I understand that we have lost your confidence and Im very sorry about that. Please let me know how we can rectify this situation. Warmly, Ashley

Im 55, so I had quite a few haircuts... 92 dollars including tip was way too much for probably one of the worst haircuts of my life. In the salon it looked OK, but when I got home I noticed how poorly executed it was. Darcy treated my mens haircut as a womans. Didnt have the usual hand movements for an eve cut. I have now long strands of hair amidst short areas, I had to redo the trimming around the ears, correct some chop jobs. Never again.
Ooh man if you have curly hair beware of this place. Very nice staff and cute space. Stylist seemed very knowledgeable about the products and was very gentle but didnt know how to handle curly hair at all. I went in for a blowout since I recently threw out my flat iron and havent gotten a replacement. I watched her blow dry my hair with her hands instead of a brush, hoping there was some reason for it that I wouldnt understand until the end. Nope, just didnt understand the mechanics of textured hair. Blow dried my roots upwards (I know I shouldve stopped her, but she was so nice, I didnt want to tell the expert how to do her job), quickly flat ironed at a low heat and didnt even touch my roots. My hair just ended up being a fluffy, dull, shapeless mess. My hair hadnt looked that bad since middle school. I asked her to go over it again with the flat iron but she still didnt give it the time textured hair needs to smooth. In her defense I was a walk in an she had an actual appointment to get to as soon as she was done with me, but I left the salon and immediately put my hair in a bun for the rest of the night. It just doesnt make sense to me that people can have a job in a salon without knowing how to properly handle curly hair. Mine is pretty easy too as far as textured hair goes. Learned my lesson. Luckily the service wasnt super pricy but I still felt ripped off because of what I ended up with.
