I understand that a comped room doesnt need to be as nice as a $600/room, however, the guests staying in them should still be afforded the same courtesy. Our party of three stayed for two nights. We arrived in the morning, checked our bags with the valet, and ate/drank/played. At the end of our night, we went upstairs and attempted to call for our bags but the phone wasnt working. I tried to call the hotel front desk but was hung up on. We eventually went down to the valet and picked up our bags. We explained what we did to try to get our bags and the person at the front desk didnt care, didnt even try to fix the issue. We brought our bags upstairs and I emailed the hotel advising of the experience but five days later, still no response. Just outside our room was a large cone and a garbage can. The ceiling tile was removed and looking up you could see water marks from the surrounding tiles and a sprinkler head that was so moldy, its debatable if it would deploy, should there be a fire. In our bathroom under the sink, the p-trap was very corroded and there was mold growing on the top of it. Some of the corners in the bathroom had mold in them as well. Also, the ceiling fan was so dust filled, it barely worked. Its upsetting that the hotel didnt do anything to fix this and that customer service wasnt a thing. Mohegan will be our next destination.

I came here for a show and decided to book a stay! I thought itd be a great experience but sadly I will not be returning. I requested a handicap room and smoke free since I am here with my handicapped friend. However once already here, I was told that this type of room was not available. I would have loved an email prior to the long trip so that I could decide if I wanted to still stay. The room was dirty, ashes left in the chair, wallpaper peeling, the window treatments were ripped, and the BATHROOM was disgusting, and the smell of cigarettes had me wearing my mask!! I had to turn on the air AND open the windows. I couldnt do it, so I had to have someone come clean it again. For this to be luxury, the amenities in the room were very outdated, the sheets and pillows looked worn out. I have definitely stayed at cheaper places with beautiful rooms. I will say that the staff were very nice but Id rather have not come at all and just drove up for the show instead. This is definitely the worst place Ive ever stayed.

Fabulous place,bright elegant fun Nice people cool friendly staff Delish food tasty desserts,lots of great shops..just take all your money and maybe you'll double it!
