First of all, let me start off with this... Ive never in my life written reviews on a business, I frankly dont care enough... but this long term experience has driven me to do so... The work is absolutely stunning, very professionally done and looks great. Awesome selection too. I wear my garments proudly with the work theyve embroidered them with. But Im disgusted with the customer service, lack of communication, timeliness, email communication, and lack of phone call returns. Im making an assumption its becuase Im a small fish in a big sea. Where it feels that because I have a small volume of units to be stitched, that I was constantly being put on the back burner and the larger fish were being tended to first. From a business stand point, the least you can do is keep your clients in the loop with their orders. I practice that daily. But to allow for a reasonable timeline for my orders to be completed, and then add 2-3 weeks on top of that after the fact with zero communication/returned phone calls/status updates... actually affects my business and my clients who have ordered their items and in turn makes me look terrible too. Anyways, to sum up, their work is great on a finished product... but they lack severely in the customer service department.

Had some work done on some knit hats for the G-Kids and a ski weekend ... The work was done quickly and the outcome was spectacular... I'll be back!

Great to work with. I used to use Custom Ink for ordering clothing with our logos embroidered, but now come here. Better pricing and local!

These ladies do a great job, very pleasant and accommodating. They embroidered several jackets for my company and met my deadline with no issue. I have since needed to order more and they are again meeting my schedule with no problem. Use them!
