Again we are sorry for your situation but after taking your vehicle to another mechanic and driving it for over a month with the check engine light on, before bringing it to us for repair. Service Department is extremely horrible As usual, not wanting to take responsibility for very poor customer service, communication and very poor mechanic work!!!! Once again not taking responsibility! When I looked underneath the hood the rod to my hood was broken and was sitting in the front seat. The battery was dead and multiple bolts were missing under the hood. None of these things were the case when I dropped it off at Carolina Nissan. I am more upset with the lack of responsibility and accountability from you the owner and your employees! In closing I am going to pray for Carolina Nissan's service department and its employees
