Dropped my car off a few months ago Kept it from 9am and called me 6 minutes before they closed to collect my car. Charged me 600 quid for a "service" and to "check" my car. Was told I would get a call to get my car booked back in but been 3 months and no call. Makes sense why they don't have the staff... Didn't complete any checks and I feel like I was robbed. Would not recommend them
To be fair - they did unlock the boot (while it lasted) but they did not fix the problem, which came back after 3 weeks. 150 out of pocket and a water pump, and I ended up fixing the issue myself. The mechanic was polite when I rang back, but the administrator Sharon was condescending and never did reply to my last email when I sent her an image of the actual fault. As the issue reoccured, I search the internet and found my answer in 2 mins and fixed it within 5 mins. Shame a qualified mechanic could not. I would be vary of using these again as even after charging extra to put the car on some diagnostic system it did not detect that the rear window heater was not working too - being part of the issue I found. *** AVOID *** AVOID ** AVOID *** AVOID *** AVOID *** AVOID ***
