Just went here yesterday to look at a vehicle I was interested in buying. There was actually a few I planned on looking at today as Ive been considering going here due to the reviews and closeness. This morning, one of the car salesmen decided to flick fingers and profanity while in moving traffic which has completely detoured my idea of purchasing considering it was a vehicle that was being sold by the business
I purchased an SUV from this guys without realizing that the whole frame is rot. Be extremely careful about buying from them. Look somewhere else if possible
The tall skinny guy was very helpful, he really cared about my needs and spent a lot of time with me (i'm very scared of people). I bought a wonderful VW off him...I feel they are the best cars.
I highly recommend buying a preowned car from these guys. Just bought my 08 Nissan Versa from 4 Below. It was a great car, confirmed by my mechanic, great price and great service!
I would not recommend purchasing a vehicle here without your own mechanic or someone you trust checking it prior to. I purchased a Jeep Liberty Sport in March 2017 and it has given nothing but problems since it left the lot. To not over exaggerate, 1 day after purchase it overheated on my way to NY once I had made it to my destination the coolant ran out from underneath the car and started smoking due to the liquid coming in contact with the engine. I immediately called the shop and made them aware of the situation and their response was to drive it back to their shop so they could make the repair. REALLY?! Drive an overheating car 200 miles to fix a repair on the car that was purchase 1 DAY prior!! The advise was incredibly neglegent and could have resulted in major injury had I been stalled on the highway. I declined and took it to a local repair shop which when we both looked under the hood found many wires spliced together with duct tape that were operating the fan (which I also have pictures documenting this) I called Sarah and advised she would need to settle payment for the fix with the Mechanic in NY and she fought the cost up until I threatened to report the incident (i also have this transaction receipt as well) Their after a series of major repairs have been made out pocket for issues that were blantanly overlooked by the dealership. The car still has the overheating issue and after a week of back and forth she agreed to once again pay for the repair because they did not wish to pay for the tow to get it back to their dealership. When it came time for the estimate she disappeared with now contact to either myself the mechanic or parents after calling several times to her cell and shop. These people are dishonest and have sold a vehicle that was not in any shape to be driven. I would understand if I needed repairs down the road but 1 day after the car was bought, it breaksdown. There is no accountability. If you have other options seek them out first.
