I hate to leave bad reviews but I feel this is a must. Last year on April 1, 2020 I purchased online of us around overseas for 49150. I called and ordered the Watch on the phone because I had a few questions to ask. My main question was that I would need two extra links because of my extremely large wrist and they said they would be able to accommodate me when the links as soon as Vacheron opened due to the pandemic. The watch was used but was stated that it came from a highly recommended customer that they deal with. It came with the box and some of the paperwork. I finally received the links around August 2020 and went straight to my jeweler to have them add them to my watch so I could wear it.For the first month the watch was running fast yet they told me to wind watch and it would correct itself. I was wearing the watch every day along with some other of my high-end watches. Since November 2020 the watch was actually running six minutes fast a day. I brought it to a verified watchmaker who stated that the Watch needed a complete overhaul. I asked him why because I said I only bought the watch less than six months ago and it was hardly used. He informed me that the watch was a lot older than I thought. Thats when I reached out to exquisite Time pieces to explain the situation with this watch. I found out the salesman was no longer employed there and I had to speak to the owner who said that I should know that by buying or you watch I could encounter a problem like this. I have 32 high-end watches that I have never sent in for service or even cleaned yet his only rebottle was that he would give me a good deal on the next watch that I buy from him. I did not ask for any money yet he insisted that I was to blame and that if I left a bad review he would be upset. I am ophthalmologist practicing here in New York City and the last thing I want to do is leave A bad review yet he shouldve asked me to send the Watch to Vacheron so they can inspect it and maybe compensate me after they come to the conclusion on why the watch is not running properly. Who in their right mind would wanna buy a watch from someone who already sold him a bad watch. I shipped out my watch yesterday to Vacheron and then minimal service is $1200 and they will then notify me on the final cost of repairing this watch to its proper working condition. It is in my opinion that when they bought this watch it was misrepresented and sold me the very fair price yet still I never received any of the paperwork that was promised to me. Now I sit here waiting for Rosharon to get in touch with me to find out what its going to cost me

Since I was being bombarded by ads online, I thought I'd give them a try. While my collection includes everything from Rolex and JLC TO Casio and Timex..I was looking at a Seiko with.a market value of $300 there price was ok, but shipping, handling drove the complete price wayy up. This place may be ok for upper end watches, but anything below$1200..run..they aren't interested in you, or your business.

I purchased a watch back in the beginning of June 2022 and have to say that my salesman Scott was fantastic but my experience with the company as a whole is very disappointing. I wasnt satisfied with my purchase and wanted to return it the very next day (unworn) but was told due to warranty being sent to the manufacturer, they cannot accept returns. I was told about the return policy by my salesman but depending on the circumstances they might accept it back. That was not the case in my situation. Unfortunately I kept the watch which I am not completely happy with but that is my fault for not doing my full research on the company. I just felt compelled to let shoppers know before they make a purchase with exquisite timepieces. Buyer beware before you buy any items from them. Hope my review helps you make a wise purchase decision.
