First off I did receive a perfectly fine board that looked great. The reason for the one star review is due to customer service. I received my board and quickly realized that it was too small and I emailed them regarding that issue and stated that they show no dimensions of the board throughout the process so I assumed it was same size as my current minicrusier board and once I stated that they do not show the size of the board I got no response even after two attempts to recontact them. Board is nice but I will not go to this site again due to the lack of customer service.

I ordered 2 times from this company. The first board was black and white so it came as advertised. The second was a colored board which in the picture was an ocean blue color but the board came bright teal blue. I contacted customer service to return the board and still no response after several months. This company has no problem taking your money but if you have an issue do not expect to be able to return it. Even if the issue was done on their part. I also ordered custom grip tape and regular grip tape and never received the regular. I wasn't charged for it so it must have been a glitch on their website.

Designed a board and grip, and it was sent to my house in just a few days! It looks professional and if I had any questions I had a quick response in the e mails! The maple wood is also amazing and the board has some of the best pop Ive ever experienced. Will be doing more boards with this company in the near future. Thank you Boardpusher!

As I gripped my board I flipped it over to find it was scratched from just applying grip tape. Customer service told me it was to bad and they will not replace the deck or give me in store credit, these boards are cheap and the graphic will come off in a day if you are a skateboarder with any talent. Don't buy their products they are an overpriced blank deck with a custom graphic that will not last a day at the skatepark.
