I personally was underwhelmed when I had my appointment today. It was myself and one of my bridesmaids and when we walked in I guess there was a little bit of confusion and they thought that I was there to try on wedding dresses. I told them no that I already had my dress and that I was just looking for a bridesmaid dress for my bridesmaid. From that point on for the rest of the appointment it felt like we weren't as important anymore and we were just kind of showed where the section was and we tried on dresses and that was it. None of the dresses were in her size so we couldn't really see how anything looked and just overall it kind of brought our excitement down.
I was looking for a bridal dress with a high neck, and an A Line. Something quite specific that I called the day prior and to ask if they have anything like this. The customer service representative said that they have so many dresses in their warehouse that they could not specifically tell me if they had anything. I told her I'd be driving an hour just to come to the store and it would be nice to find out at least prior to that if there was something. She put me on hold and another lady came to the line and said that she will have at least 2 dresses and to come in. Next day, I drove over and walked in. In less than 5 minutes the lady was UNABLE to find anything. Terribly disappointed that Bedazzled wasted my time, my gas, and my hope.

Updating my review. This started off as a good experience but I am disappointed that 4 months later I still have not received my dress. I was told 20 weeks originally and now after calling twice I am being told the end of March maybe which would make an additional 5-6 week wait. I understand it is a pandemic and things are delayed but some form of communication would have been nice.
