Gosai has stereotypical views.He will make you wait for at least 30 minutes even if there are no patients.He is confused about treatment, does not explain the line of treatment properly.If you ask questions he will get lose his calm.If you go for an annual health check up, he will force you to get vitamin B12 shots.

I went to urgent care in Greentree for an appointment to receive Monoclonal Antibody infusion treatment after testing positive for covid-19 the week before. I met Dr. Gosai and his team and felt very comfortable with his intentionality of letting me and my wife know I was going to get through this, and he and his team were going to give me the best treatment possible. after checking my lungs for how I was breathing and my oxygen and pulse level he decided to start me right away on the Enoxaparin an injectable blood thinner. Dr Gosai helped me understand that I had Covid Pneumonia, and blood clots in my lungs. I was also taking medication for gastritis that started with the covid. He assured me that he and his team were going to approach my case by being aggressive and compassionate. the perfect combination to ease my wife and I as we were in a battle for my life. Dr. Gosai also gave me steroid inject to fight the complication of Covid and i finished the 1st round of Monoclonal Infusion treatment. Dr Gosai kept me on an Oxygen tank that I received earlier in the week by visiting the emergency center. Dr. Gosai recommended that we stay at a hotel nearby since we lived 50 minutes away from urgent care as he was concerned with me being off of oxygen for too long. we stayed in the area and were also told to come in for checkups and follow though each day. Dr. Gosai did blood work and was very thorough with his treatment of me. he at one point let me know that i was going to make it and his whole staff rallied around us. i also noticed that that he and his staff treated all patients with the same professionalism and care to help all people recover from Covid. He explained every step of the treatment plan and answered any questions we had. for two weeks we came into urgent care for treatment. I also received another round of Monoclonal Antibody Infusion treatment to help me in my recovery. over the next month I came e in for follow ups appointments and blood work, my health became better, and my strength returned, he also removed the oxygen tank from me so my lungs could get strong on their own. Today I am recovering form Covid and realize the dire situation I was in. I know God brough me here to Dr. Gosai and his staff at Urgent care in Greentree. He saved my life with his aggressive treatment of my symptoms. I do give God all the credit and thank Him for giving wisdom to Dr. Gosai and his staff in taking care of us. I recommend everyone to come here for treatment, they really care. God bless Dr. Gosai and his staff. My wife and I feel truly blessed.

My wife and I have been patients of both Drs. Gosai and Burkett for 30+ years in both the Lions Medical Center and Greentree facility. We have always received excellent care by both. My wife has had serious surgeries and health issues over the past 10 years and they both have been right on with diagnosis and referrals to specialists when needed. They truly and professionally treat patients with dignity and care. We don't ever want to lose either of them.

I appreciate most of the staff and the ease of the imaging at this provider but I will be switching providers as Dr. Gosai has one of the worst bed side manners I have experienced in a long time. Upon my last visit, he all but flat out accused me of forging my vaccine card and listened to zero of my concerns and anxiety with my current health conditions. He has previously attributed all of my medical conditions to my weigh while doing minimum testing and encouraging all but starving myself and over exercising. If Burkett comes back, he is an incredible provider but otherwise I would take your care elsewhere if you can.
