We have 3 different Amish families that build our products for over 20 years. One of them builds the cost of the deliveries into the price of the shed the other 2 dont is what I told you. We have 112 sheds on our lot to choose from and you wanted a custom build one which costs more and a delivery fee. As you stated gas prices are high but you want free delivery on a custom built shed. Sorry we couldnt please you with all the free stuff which is just added into the overall cost of the shed.

I contacted what I believe to be the owner to ask about his inventory of shed and possible delivery costs. It's a 35 miles 1 way drive and wanted to make sure I wasnt going to waste my time. He asked for my address and informed me that free delivery wouldnt be an issue to my address. As I'm paying for the unit they then informed me that only certain sheds have free delivery and this shed did not. They tried to charge $545.00 as a delivery charge. So after the owner told me delivery would be free they tried slipping in an extra $545 delivery fee. This was unacceptable especially after the owner told me free delivery would be no issue. He knew the long distance I was traveling to look at sheds and I told him the free delivery was key to me making the drive as gas prices are high. Seems to me the owner will tell you anything over the phone to get you interested but then add on hundreds of dollars in fees he told u were free. If you like dealing with a business that stands by their word. THIS IS NOT THE PLACE. AVOID AT ALL COSTS. The owners response is of course what they told me once they already said delivery was free. This was not a custom shed at all. I picked one off the lot and asked if a window could be put in. No big deal either way. I was ready to pay full price on every then u threw in the 545 dollar delivery fee after I was told delivery would be free. Misrepresenting the situation further reflects poorly on the style of business you do.

Blake Thank you for your business. Our turnaround time for our custom builder has never been 6 weeks its always been 8 to 12 weeks minimum our other family that builds our standard Sheds is 6 weeks. Your shed will be done in the 13 week which is on schedule with our builder. As we have emailed and called you several times with the updates with your shed and your final payment. Your final payment must be paid in full before the shed is completed or then you will wait in line for the delivery. We suggest that you pay your balance in full so you dont have to wait. We have No Control over our suppliers with this thing called Covid as you should know. The supply chain is Broken in all areas throughout the world. Also we have many models on our lot that we sell everyday and get them delivered within a week.

If there were 0 stars that is what i would give! Owner is a complete jerk and VERY rude. His bashing of the competitor made me go see them. Thank you for that, I bought one from them!
