Their website DOES NOT allow customers to select to have delivery signature requirment if the purchase is less than $1000 dollars, and by default the shipment doesn't require a signature. In that case, the customers have to take the loss if the package is missing. And they would say - hey you waived the signature requirement. Update: The lost item has been refunded.
I bought a dress and was not aware I signed up for signature required delivery. The package was returned to their warehouse & they refused to redeliver it to me or allow me to pick it up. The customer service agent told me theyd get back to me but didnt in regards to my request for them to redeliver it. I spoke with management & they told me they were going to give it to the next buyer on the waiting list! What an absurd policy. My guess is I used a discount code and they probably wanted to resell it to the other buyer full price. Shouldnt it be first come first served! They told me they were making an exception by putting me second on the waitlist. Are you serious? Thats a joke. Ive been a loyal member and brought them many years of business. This is how they treat their loyal customers? The worst part is they sent an email stating that Im getting a $0 refund back. I have to call them again to correct that. They dont even answer their phones & emails. And they call themselves luxury service. Never shop here.
