was looking for a hydrasport boat shirt that had been listed out of stock for a few weeks. called the store directly and spoke with Glen who immediately went and checked their stock and told me they had my size. I placed the order within minutes and Glen had it to me within a few days. After receiving the the wrong size (my mistake), he quickly sent me the correct one without question and included a pre-paid return label. quick, easy, seamless, no questions for the return process was incredibly appreciated. great work, Glen!
