Been trying for several months to have some shirts made. First issue was I cam to the store and there wasn't anybody at the front dest for about 5-8 min. Ok I understand maybe they just sent to the bathroom, but was a bit shocked since lots of boxes with product where at the front door. So maybe they have cameras covering that then they would of seen I was standing there waiting. So when i was seen I had mention that I was looking for and found the shirts in there catalog. Asked for a pice and if I could get a sample shirt for test fit. Answer was yes and will need to email them my needs. So I did and after just short of 2 moths, no response. Then returned to office and asked if they, Chelsea, got my email and yes they did but somehow I got lost. Ok no problem lets move on. Then after back and forth emails with different pricing and then correcting and me asking to clarify the cost since I couldn't get a clear answer is set up fee was applied to each shirt or the 24 set if shirt. Asked several times and still, no clarity. The no response , ghost treatment, i called and was told we will get right back to you, So here I am still nothing. I don't understand. I'm not looking for special treatment or requests, just some shirts to be printed and buy there shirts too.

Been trying to get a font and size since earlier this week and just no help. They are unable to fulfill a small urgent order we have and wont provide us with the former job details they did for us in the summer so we can find someone else to do it. Just unprofessional and unsupportive. I called Monday and Tuesday. Emailed Monday and no response. Finally got ahold of someone Tuesday and she said to email the same email I had already sent the email to the day before. Awful.
