I highly recommend this office to be shut down! My daughter is 15 & we still haven't received but maybe $300 all together From the father. I have switched my case worker a couple of different times due to them not doing their job. I feel as though they do not care about our children & dont send the paper server's or police to the fathers homes bc get this she says costs them money. To which I said it costs me money eveThey need to suggest to every woman who has not gottenThey need to suggest to every woman who has not gotten their caseThey need to suggest to every woman who has not gotten their case properlyry day?! Then I caught them in a lie saying they sent paper work over to the court house which was supposed to be a felony for Contempt of court.I called both courthouses and neither one had any information of any paperwork being ever sent! This is the biggest disgrace and let down to every single woman! They Need to suggest women to switch over okdhs if they cannot handle the cases properly. Our tax $ pay to keep that place open for what. There supposed to be there for us & our children but aren't

Though my own experience. I applied for child support in 2013. It didn't take long for the judge to say the ncp has to pay. But my son never recieved money untl 2017,And not consistently it was a hit or miss.20 dollar's here n there. Lots of court dates and i felt as if my case worker wasn't on my son's side. I asked for a new one they refused to give me one. My son still isn't getting any regular checks the last one was thirty dollars in the month of October. My case worker said he has to miss 3 months before i can do anything. Which I've already went though this before. I said i just want support for my son. She said yeah, i hear that from a lot of mothers... well mother's probably wouldn't say that, if she would do the job she gets paid to do, in getting their children the support they deserve. It's almost 2020 my son will be 10 in March and he has never recieved not one full years worth of support. God bless. I hope things work out better for others. I'll keep my fingers crossed and pray.
