I gave to them my canvas tote bags for them to print I design I made. Everything was going well and I approved the sample and everything. I had to leave to Seattle and had to pick them up before I go but an emergency occurred and they told me they would send it to me. The last time we spoke was March 16 telling me they were ready for shipping well I havent got anything! I have been trying to call them and contact them several times and have no response whatsoever! Guess I just lost my tote bags that were specially designed.. :(
