Honest, straight forward, and no stress....These guys are the top wholesalers in Jacksonville. When I was a beginner flipper I got my first few deals from them and I never felt like they were trying to do anything shady on me. What I like most about them is that they don't skip corners in acquiring the property, title is always clear and the price they offer it to you is always fair with equity still left for you to do your deal. So now I keep going back to them for more and more.
