Esabella did my haircut. When she was done shampooing my hair back of my head was still dry???? She finished cutting my layers in 2 minsshe almost burned me while drying my hair. Overall she didnt know what she was doing.afterall I told her she didnt have to dry my hair i can let it air dry. I Paid $40 and left. Worst experience ever
Justin, we ship all hair to Children with Hair Loss. We dont fill out separate forms for each client that donates the hair. If you wish to obtain such form you should contact Children with Hair Loss and proceed with the donation yourself. We send all of the hair once we have collected a full box of hair . You can call Children with Hair Loss and confirm we donate to them. We donate it in bulk and we dont have the availability to fill out forms for each separate client. If you are not happy with how we handle the donations you are welcome to come and get your hair back and ship it and donate it yourself. We can not give you a paper for tax write off either as there is no price on donated hair and we are not selling the hair. Please let me know if this answers your question. The owner of this salon(Amy((she would not provide her full name)) was absurdly rude to me on several occasions. I was only trying to inquire about the hair I donated through their salon a week earlier. This was also only after I got an email about it? She threatened me about going to the police if I continued to harass her about just wanting know the details of the subject. This is extremely disturbing. I only ever wanted to ensure that my donated hair was going to the charity I chose and that it gets there. Smh. I still hope to simply have clarity on this. Please just find out? I beg you all. Being a stylist at this salon has changed my life! I love all the people I work with and how they always jump in to help. Ive learned so much from each and every one of them! Definitely recommend coming here because all the stylist are so talented!
Sandy, sorry that you were unhappy with the results. You signed a wavier that you will disclose all previous chemical services and previously colors done to your hair prior your appointment with us. During the consultation you told your stylist that you have not colored your hair in 2 years. After she applied your highlights and the color wasnt processing, she asked you again if you have any color in your hair and only then you disclosed that you have been coloring your roots every month. We are sympathetic with your situation but we ask our clients to disclose all previous color services so we can make the correct recommendations. I went to get my hair color done to this salon. My appointment was on the last at 3:30pm. The stylist was automatically appointed by their system for me. I consulted with the stylist for my hair colour as i wanted to do however the stylist told me that the colour i have chosen to do on my hair wont suits me as per my skin colour. I trusted her and ask her for the recommendations. As she showed me the caramel colour photo on her phone as convinced me to get that colour which will look good. She started at 4pm and on my hair root touchup and then she started doing only kind of highlights. She stated that You have too much hair. I can see my almost half of the hair were left to colour. I thought might she will do it later on but nothing was done with left over hair. She ask me to sit under the hair dryer for 10-15 minutes so the colour will come nice. She checked after few minutes and told me to keep my head under the dryer because the colour wasnt coming on the hair. She made me sit more than 30 minutes which was not supposed to be because its gona damage my hair and that exactly happened. Upon checking the colour didnt come the way it should come over my hair. I told the stylist that I cant sit too long under this hair dryer because its really hot now and i can feel on my scalp. The stylist said that the colour i applied on your hair does not look like the correct one because you colour your hair before thats way. I was surprised and got up almost burned my scalp. She took me to the hair washing seat and made laid there 20-25 minutes again. I told her that please dont pull my hair too hard because It was hurting. During drying hair she was duing bit hard which I couldnt take it and left my half dry hair around 7pm. After that what i saw was nothing. It went worse instead. Basically felt really bad for myself waisted hours in the salon to get my hair done. And paid $251. I left the salon with tears in my eyes. After this, I felt really pain in my neck for 2 days and the colour patches on my face,ears and on my scalp was stuck. I couldnt even got out side of my house with all of this which breaks my heart. I thought not to put this on review however tell the owner to improve this. So contacted her on her phone however I havent got call back from her. Anyways they made me feel like it was my mistake to come to them on the last appointment time ,waste my time and money gets hurt and feel embarrassed. I do have photos and other evidence however I decided not good to show myself. Please be careful whos going there. Hope they should show little bit of care and respect about their customers.
