Its always a shame when we get a review like this especially when its not true. Turbopacs has been trading for coming up to 30 years and i believe offers a wonderful and helpful service as can be seen in our numerous positive reviews and hundreds of live video reviews which can be viewed on You Tube - example link below These type of reviews are the recourse of customers who have unsuccessfully attempted to "rip us off" to put it bluntly - then they run off and grab their key boards in a sulk. In short this customer contacted us for estimate on turbo replacement - however ! - extract from invoice - "Vehicle delivered by AA as not drivable with suspected turbo fault. Owner originally contacted us regarding turbo replacement however vehicle delivered with oil waning light on and engine rattle -" So how much would it cost ? the simple answer was worst case scenario - you will have damaged your engine ! and on THAT basis we where authorized to proceed. Further authorized investigation found a totally blocked oil pick up plus split flexipipe on exhaust ! Again authorized to proceed - with the possibility that there may be engine damaged ! after this work was completed. Happy ending though - engine was ok - turbo replaced, serviced, tested, flexipipe repaired, oil pump and pick up cleaned and reassembled - result. Like many other retailers we have a zero tolerance policy regarding threatening and abusive behavior - and so slamming doors and shouting and not leaving when asked WILL result in you being helped out of the door and the police being contacted. In answer to the owner's reply: Turbo Pacs did not contact the Police and the only person spoken to by an officer was the owner Mark. The Police were contacted by myself. Closing a door to firmly and never raising my voice in no way justified the owner's foul language or breaking of social distancing to push me out of his store. The tone of his response is much the same as his customer service, confrontational with no attempt to resolve the situation. I would urge anyone thinking of dealing with this company to read the responses to their negative reviews. Rather than trying to address any negative feedback they resort to the use of derogatory comments. This company was unable to provide an ongoing cost of repairs. They were asked on four separate occasions for this information to allow me to decide if I wanted to continue with work. Cost of parts plus labour at the end of a days work, surely a basic calculation for any business. Not for Turbo Pacs. Was told by Mark that he didn't trust me to take a credit card payment and was forced to pay the invoice in protest via bank transfer. When asked that I mark my invoice as Paid in Protest I was verbally abused and physically pushed out of the store. Mark, the owner, was reported to the Police for his actions.

Dpf soot content 0% !! when checked 4 weeks later - such a shame we get a review like this when after 4 weeks when checked the dpf was clear and working perfectly. Just because we resolve one issue with a vehicle does not mean additional faults are free ?

Dpf was blocked mark did manage to unblock it but 4 weeks later exact same issue has occurred. I paid 483 to later find out that the work that was carried out has no warranty. Mark the owner said the work we carried out is guaranteed but once I had more issues the reply I got was well the way you drive we can't guarantee that. I recommended Mark to friends and family doing same job as me taxi driver but I will be telling them not to bother with this place
Hi Craig many thanks for the review. It was our pleasure to help you and its a shame your had such a poor experience with the previous attempted repair. Yes the used turbo fitted previously was shockingly bad a,long with the fitting, and broken manifold studs which had snapped and then GLUED back in place was not a great fix to say the least. Cant thank Marc Dellapina and his lads enough at Turbo Pacs for sorting my mess of a Zafira...brand new turbo fitted the way it should be and sorting bent pipes an blown pipes and the DPF. Cant recommend enough so any turbo or DPF problems dont hesitate to take it to these lads because they get it right the first time

I rang about a turbo needing replaced on partners car. Had all information on what turbo I wanted but they just kept talking over me, which I found quite rude. Not the service you should be providing when you could have had a sale.
