Hello Hana, We do not take any appointments without taking a deposit. The reason for this is to avoid any last minute cancellations that leave us unable to fill in the slot, leaving us at a loss. One week we were done hundreds of pounds as result of this and other clients were unable to get booked in as the spaces had been took by a number of people who either no showed or cancelled hours before their appointment. As Im sure you can imagine a business simply cannot run like this, especially after the effects of covid and is why our clients supported us in the move to have a deposit only system along with a cancellation policy. There are several ways to pay a deposit, it can be done over the phone, in person or via our online booking system. Kind Regards, Louise

Unhelpful staff. Refused to book me in without a deposit and when I told her I couldnt give her my card details then and there she refused to book me in. Unprofessional.
