Cherokee, I am sorry for this happening but you need to state the facts in the case, you placed your order on Tuesday morning for the 17 shirts and said that you needed them on Monday. We took the order and did your artwork for the designs at no cost, however when the shirts were ordered they were out of stock at our primary vendors location in Jacksonville and had to order from another location much farther away and didn't charge any extra for the extra shipping and the shirts that took additional days to get to us and were in danger of not even showing up in time for Monday. You came in on Friday saying that you had to have the shirts on Friday Afternoon not Monday and at the time we didn't even have the shirts; but shirts showed up and we began trying to cut your files but had problems with the detail in the artwork and after several attempts to fix the files and cut the design, we realized that we were not going to be able to meet your deadline of Friday afternoon. So, the best thing for me was to apologize for not being able to produce your shirts and return your money to you. Next time I suggest you begin earlier with your order and design work so that if problems occur during the design phase and production phase there is time to be addressed and fixed. I don't think it is unprofessional to be honest with customers when we can't meet their deadlines even when the customer has an unrealistic expectation of having custom pieces created in a couple of days.

Horrible Contacted Mr. Daniel on Tuesday morning wanting 17 shirts done. I informed him that I need them by Monday. If thats not possible then I understand. He informed me that it could be done. Went there that afternoon to give him the idea and the names that needed to go on the back as well as the sizes. His secretary told me they will be ready Monday afternoon. I went to tell her that I wont place the order but Mr. Daniel informed me that it would be ready. Went up there on Wednesday afternoon to pay for the shirts and to add another shirt. The secretary stated that they havent even ordered the shirt. Went up there today, Friday, to pay for the additional shirt that was added and was informed that our shirts still havent arrived and it wont be until Monday when I could get the shirts after he agreed to have the shirts ready before Monday. Told me to give him a call around 2 PM or 3 PM. He calls me around 1 PM saying that the shirts are in. Then calls me back less than an hour later saying hes having too much trouble and just come and get my money back. Unprofessional!
Roy, I am sorry you feel that way but when you brought your problem to us yesterday, we explained that the t-shirts that you said were the wrong size was an order placed by your Track Coach. According to our records and his acceptance of the order, all the orders were correct in size, color and decoration. You asked me if we could fix the problem and I told you that we could but that you would be charged for the shirts. Your order which was placed with Track Coach is where I told you that you needed to reach out to him to address the problem. If he submitted your sizes wrong then he needed to get them right. I told you that I would approach the coach and ask him to correct the problem for you. I do appreciate military members and families being a veteran myself but we are not going to replace shirts that were produced correctly according to their order parameters because either you or your coach got the sizes wrong. I guess were unprofessional because we didn't do want you wanted in the way that you wanted, when you wanted. Talk to your Track coach.

Unprofessional wouldve been ok at first when they first said they couldnt do our shirts in time , but the owner insisted that they WILL have it in time. Paid for all shirts to be made then was told they cant now our class has no shirts whatsoever. Wont have time to take our business elsewhere either! So unprofessional
