Awful customer service. Went in there to get business cards, and was greeted by a grouchy old man who said "what do you need?" As if I were lucky to be in his presence. I proceeded to try to explain what I would like, but instead of listening, he cut me off to yell at an employee and then told me to hang on as he answered the phone. At that point I decided to leave. I tried "going local" but I'll just use Vista print which is less expensive and simpler to use.

PCC does excellent work and is so quick with producing orders! We love to work with them, their staff is great, and they can do almost anything and take last minute orders with ease which is amazing!

They do great work but their customer service is severely lacking. Ive been using them for almost 6 years and not once has anyone in the building greeted me kindly. They will not email you confirmation of online orders, nor will they call you when your order is ready. I have a feeling the only customers they treat kindly are the ones they advertise they do business for on the back of their marketing brochures (aka big spenders like Oakmont CC, Mario Lemieux Foundation, etc.). I called the owner to discuss my concerns with him as a loyal customer (as I sent them an email 6 days ago with no replay) and his excuse was that theyre extremely busy and short staffed and thats just the norm. He offered no apology or even empathy and was very defensive on the phone. Im honestly embarrassed for the owner and the way he chooses to do business. Im sure im not the first or last person who will walk away from that place. Money spends anywhere. Its so sad as I love to support local but I will be finding a new print place to do business with.
