I am so sorry you feel this way. I was really trying to help you. I felt that you were overwhelmed so I was trying to defuse the situation with your son not wanting to leave without the stuff dog by telling him that the puppy had to stay with his friends in the store. Maybe I read the situation wrong, but I went in this morning and wanted to get leashes and collars and treats for my dogs back home. I had my kids with me. The store clerk legit acted like we were going to steal all the things and went as far as to take a toy out of my child's hand. I bought the treats because I promised my kids they could but I wish I hadn't spent a dime there. Probably great if you're a regular using the daycare but the store front service is frustrating at best.

I can't say enough great things about Sweet Paws Bakery & Daycare. I take my dog there there on a weekly basis for daycare and he LOVES it. I know Colleen and Pat take great care of him and I never worry when I leave him in their care. Colleen makes the best cakes and treats. The snickerpoodles are my pup's favorite!

They have been an absolute pleasure! I've known the owner, Colleen for a few years now and she is a sweetheart. She has a true passion for the dogs that she cares for. The cakes are an added bonus! If your in Gainesville, you have to see this sweet boutique and bakery.

I am sorry that you did not have a positive experience at the store. We always strive to create a happy environment for pets and their owners. As a small business we try to stay competitively priced with big box store and sometimes we are even less expensive. I hope you visit the store again and see why we have such wonderful reviews.

first walked in, terrible customer service. some old bat came out and watched me and my family like a hawk, even when we would remark how cute or cool stuff is her little beady eyes were still just following us in a stuck up, judgy way. their selection isn't even all that great, and it's way overpriced. on our way out we simply said "have a nice day", no response from the old stuck up witch. lost my business simply by being rude.
