The grass is not always greener on the other side in Panama city, FL. It first started out with the sales man named Dick very nice and I took the bait. Stay with me as I tell you my experience with guardme. T-Tech/K-Kathy. K-service time was 5-6pm on 9/26/16. Tech showed up 640pm. T-I just don't work @guardme I do this job to feed my family. I am the only one in the area. Both companies know this. K-At 945pm the tech said he would be back tomorrow. I said I am not happy about this, T-I am going home and have dinner with my two year old. K-What time tomorrow. T-I'll try to get here by 5pm. K-Next day he arrived at 7pm.Departed at 930pm. I notice a bright red light on one sensor I called him 5 minutes later T-is the alarm going off. K-no but the light is too bright to sleep. T-Be there tomorrow. K-What time. T- Don't know. K-called tech at 7pm. T- I am at the mall with my daughter. K-Can you give me an ETA. T- I am at the mall with my daughter, I live 4 miles from the mall. K-Tech arrived at 8pm and departed at 805pm. Last but not least I will not place their yard sign in my yard. That is how I found guardme. Leaving the other company sign up. I do not want another person be subject to late hours and a 3 day process. If you are living in the Panama City Fl area and looking for a security company and you choose guardme expect the night shift because after all he works another job, Do not get me wrong I am all for family time. But also excellent customer service time too. Thank you.

We had moved into a home that we purchased in 2010 & We were solicited by the company called "Guard Me Security" We were promised this and promised that and what we got was F***** Over! The motion sensors would go off because of our SMALL pets and we were told @ time of agreement that they are sensitive and pet won't set it off. Our actual alarm was through GUARDIAN PROTECTION SERVICES who we went to DIRECTLY after the five years and saved a TON of $$$. This "Guard Me" UNKNOWINGLY gave us a FIVE year contract and we paid over $1,000 for install and equipment since the motions didn't work we had to pay for a sensor for each door and window. By going DIRECTLY to GUARDIAN PROTECTION SERVICES not only did we get all new equipment for $300 including install, Our contract is ONLY 36 months AND the monthly rate went from $44.95 to $39.99! This "GUARD ME SECURITY" is ONLY a DEALER ***GO DIRECTLY TO THE ALARM COMPANIES YOURSELF AND YOU WILL SAVE $$$!!!
