Called for two weeks and no answer left messages and did not hear back. Always has a problem with fixing things. They are liars and make sure you go over lease with a lawyer because there is a lot of shady things on it.

1) We have no idea who this person is. Nobody by the name 'Mann' works here. We do not have access to people's 401k's. We have never put anyone in jail. 2) It makes you question the validity of their reviews if Google won't remove a crazy review like this. We reported it to them weeks ago and they have left it up here.

We have worked with Indiana Property Management Group LLC as our property management for our rental house, and when we sold our house. We had worked with another property management group and it was a nightmare, thankful the tables turned when we found Indiana Property Management Group LLC. They were a pleasure to work with the entire time. We never had to worry about our rental house while we were several hours away. They always kept our best interest while taking care of the tenants. When we felt it was time to sell the property they walked us through every step of the way. They were kind, professional, and very patient. Wouldnt recommend them, have tenants do applications and wait for days just for them to tell you, youre approved but they found another applicant but keeps the listing of the house up. Peter is full of it and Grent communication is the worst. Save your money on applying, theyll just keep application fee and let you keep applying. Waste of my time.
