Poor customer service. I asked a few simple questions because I was considering to make a surprise umra for my grandparents; however, the representative on the phone was extremely rude. It sounds like there are not so many options for people going to Mekka + Medina from United States. Its crazy!

It was an interesting experience. Everything was good as promised except the transportation to and from the airports to hotel then hotel to mecca and tour was not properly organized. I would def recommend for the organization to work on that. As well as the the plane seats were not given what was booked after checking in the tsa assigned different seats. Mr. Amjad was very pleasant to work with and always returned my calls or answerd any questions I had and tried his best to fulfill all my request.
