What a nasty company!!! So, you go on the Electrolux website for an after warranty engineer. It re directs you to a company called Response services Ltd, so not their own engineers. In fact they are in no way affiliated with them though I am sure they pay commission. Response services is the most unprofessional sickeningly disgusting cowboys I have ever come across. Took them ages to turn up without the right parts, booked 2 weeks after but the engineer doesnt show up after Ive waited 3 hours. No response for response services, cant speak to their management, this isnt allowed, no one else can be sent, no apology, they cant even get a hold of their engineer. Rebooked 5 days later- ask a basic question about the warranty- the jobsworth obviously doesnt know anything call the office. Shame on you Electrolux, never buying your products again!
After a second delivery attempt, still didn't get my missing drawer in my new purchased fridge freezer. Typing this as I'm waiting for the customer service to find out what has happened this time, despite speaking to two different people and on a call which now lasted 41 minutes and counting. Should I say any more? Hanging up now!!!! 43 mins of my life I'm never getting back!!!!!
