Had an install today Greg the manager for residential set it up for the same day the tech came and hooked us up however when he left nothing worked. Called Greg and he was rude and told me he couldn't help me and if I wanted to cancel that was fine with him... he does sales he said..told me to call tech support that's all I could do. He was sooo eager to get someone out here but when nothing worked he acted like a teenager throwing a tantrum. No service nothing works... day 1. Huge mistake. Do not use this company. No service and customer service is obviously worse than the service itself. Should of went with spectrum the REAL leaders in internet service and know what they're doing. This cheap "new" company has no clue what they are even doing. Proven fact.

I've had Metronet for around 6 months now. If you're on the fence about switching, don't do it. The internet is awful, and I don't mean not getting the speeds advertised, but the internet is constantly going out almost daily. I'm watching my Netflix buffer every couple minutes while I type this. Also, don't forget to pay your bill! 1 day late and they'll switch your service off and charge you $35. I already reordered Spectrum and can't wait to call and cancel Metronet.

Just got it installed this weekend and so far soo good. Speed test read accurately and the install tech was professional, knowledgeable and made sure that our services were up and running before leaving.
