Was looking to have a custom box done for my business and the rep I messaged though the email wasnt that professional. Got back with me pretty quick, which was nicebut was quick to decline my service with no explanation to why my custom order couldnt be made until I had to message back and ask. No discussion to talk about alternatives solutions either.

RIP OFF!!! BEWARE! Horrible follow up, late shipments, lots of excuses. "Kevin" is very responsive when it comes to taking payment...but disappears after he has your money. TWO WEEKS LATE>>>>WHERE IS MY ORDER? UPDATE 7/1/20 The company has still not shipped after a month of taking my money and promises to 'ship next tuesday' for three weeks. There is NO response from this vendor, won't answer calls, emails, or the chat bot on the website. I have had to file a claim with my credit card company to get my money back...this is the worst printer experience I've ever had. STAY AWAY.
