They didn't fix the water heater. Just started the pilot. The office person was professional but the plumber was not. He wouldn't listen to me about the problem. I think because I am a woman. I asked him questions, he just ignored me. The water heater leaked out a lot of water, you could see the water stain. He said it was just a drip from the faucet. Then told me how to fix it! That night we had hot water, the next day the pilot was off again. It's been 2 weeks with no hot water. Now, we are waiting for a new water heater to be installed.

Sorry to say, but worst service ever i received that without do any work you guys charge $95.00. We will never use and I will tell in my group that do not use you guys either. You guys just charging to check the problem.

When I had a plumbing emergency (water valve wouldn't turn off), I went to Google and started making frantic calls down the list. I called six local plumbing companies and was told by each of them that they were unavailable for at least two days. (I shut off water to the house and really couldn't wait 2+ days for running water.) When I called Rapid Rooter I was told they could be there in a few hours. Ed showed up even before the 2-hour window began and he finished the job quickly, professionally, and personably. He was an absolute pleasure to work with. Rapid Rooter is now the first plumber I'll call.

I called this company & was able to get a appointment the next day for my clogged pipe. The owner of company was the one who showed up before my appointment! Didn't take him long at all to clear line and gave me an excellent price! Definitely recommend this company!
