My first ever review has to be a negative one, unfortunately. Pre-ordered a product from this store worth over $1000, had it cancelled a week before release because it was suddenly a "potential credit card scam". I've made dozens of purchases of that size from other stores with zero problems. All could've been avoided if they'd just reached out to me first. Do not pre-order from them. Do not purchase anything from them with a new credit card. You will just get your money back and an "Oh shoot" email.

It's an okay place to get drinks. Not a place to get food. The employees are reflection of the proud, and when I went in there it was two white guys (one seemed like he owned the place or is at least the manager) and one Asian woman in staff. Still an unfortunate standard reflection of the gamer scene.

We were referred to this store by Tower Games as we were looking for a specific card. Steamship found the card right away and helped us out with some questions that we had. Also, the guy running the coffee shop for his son this weekend was awesome, keep up the awesome work! We'll definitely be back.

So sorry for the inconvenience Harley. With the owner covering coffee counter hours in addition to his full time day job due to Covid, sometimes covering counter(s) has not been possible. Drove all the way through the cities to come to the store during business hours and they were closed. The hours on the door and website said it was open. Very disappointed
